This position is required to lead a shift of non-exempt employees through the daily operations and processes found in a manufacturing environment. This role will meet pre-established schedules by fostering employee involvement to achieve the highest level of safety, productivity and quality standards. Supervisors are accountable for leading, training, coaching and motivating a team to improve safety and quality, reduce cost, and deliver the highest level of customer service. Responsible for maximizing direct labor efficiency and controlling material usage.

Key goal: Oversee assigned department to ensure Resources and/or required equipment are running efficiently.

Key goal: Use LEAN tools to solve daily efficiency issues
Environmental Health and Safety goals (At All Times)
Key goal: Eliminate accidents. Mentor line personnel to support this goal. Ensure our environmental goals are being met.

Key goal: Produce products that meet all quality expectations and eliminate rejections.
Qualifications
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 - $80,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
