Join Estee Lauder to learn more about their Research and Development Internship Program. This internship opportunity is for Toxicology Majors, or a related major/concentration only.
The Research and Development and Packaging STEM Summer Internship Program provides high-performing Engineering /Life Sciences students with real-life work experience.The Global Research & Development department encompasses the scientific, engineering, and technical sub-functions across every aspect of Package, Product, Integrity, Technical Services Organization, Advanced Technologies, Scientific Communications, Testing, and Consumer Sciences.
During their 12 weeks in the program, the interns will gain insights from our scientists, engineers, and product developers who thrive on the challenge of formulating and designing new products, packages, and experiences. Interns will have the ownership of high priority projects instrumental to the R&D function and business, working in collaboration with multiple teams and functions within the organization.
There will be networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the company, including senior management.
