As Part of the Digital Technical & Engineering team (DTE), the SAP Logistics Execution Technical Architect will be responsible for the delivery of projects for Estee Lauder Supply Chain. DTE is responsible for the design, configuration, unit testing, go live and handover of logistical solutions.

Delivery of Project solutions from design through to implementation and handover to Tech Ops (support team) working closely with the Estee Lauder Supply Chain functions team. Estee Lauder’s logistical landscape covers multiple solutions and projects could be related to SAP Logistics Execution, Transportation, Decentralized WM, ECC Warehouse Management, Integration to Third Party WMS systems and External WMS systems : 90%

Activities will include:

• SAP Logistics Execution System configuration based on requirements identified by Supply Chain Functions team.
• Identification of FITS and GAPs based on requirements, design of solutions and writing of functional specifications to support approved GAPS
• Working with developers to ensure understanding of functional specifications, providing test data in support of developments
• Unit Testing of configuration and development objects
• System Integration Testing of solutions prior to handover to Supply Chain Functions for User Acceptance Testing
• Documentation of solutions
• Resolution of issues found during User Acceptance Testing
• Preparation for Go-Live, including cutover plans, documentation of manual system setup, transport lists etc.
• Go live – ensuring changes are successfully deployed to production, with system setup completed as per cutover plan. Providing initial hypercare of technical issues.
• Handover of solution to Tech Ops team who are responsible for ongoing support and enhancements
• Take ownership and responsibility of project assignments, including plan and manage all personal tasks associated with the project
• Engage, collaborate and partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions which enhance and improve Estee Lauder solutions.
• Engage and collaborate with DTE team to understand Estee Lauder processes and custom design.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise to DTE and Supply Chain for SAP EWM solutions
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience in delivery of SAP EWM solutions
• Provide coaching to knowledge to DTE team on EWM processes and solutions

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution and warehouse management best practices
• Experience working with SAP EWM would be beneficial
• Proven track record of implementing SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management solutions
• Self-starter who is pro-active with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to the Estee Lauder Global processes and procedures
• Be familiar with order fulfilment concepts in a retail environment, including wholesale and online channels.
• Experience working in Global Template environment.
• Well versed in Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• English speaking required
• Ability to travel worldwide if needed
