  • Responsibilities

    This key role will act as the primary point of contact for ELC stakeholders & strategic partners, responsible for managing actions and information flows associated with stakeholder requests and negotiations for 3rd party external expenditure.  The position will seek and obtain decision/approvals required to drive VMO activities through to successful completion.  Supports both the Strategic Vendor Executives (SVE) and Contract & Relationship Managers (CRM) within the Retail, Infrastructure and Application Solution categories.  This role requires functional knowledge of the core vendor agreements and the ability to perform light contract drafting

    • Perform first line analysis of staff augmentation Transaction Schedules (some drafting required).  Prepare for final review by SVE and DocuSign submission.  Includes escalation to CRM when red flags are caught – 15%

    • Oversee request demand inflow, evaluate requirements and assign to appropriate lead – 10%

    • Manage contract execution process and review executed agreements as part of the contract abstract process.  – 10%

    • Develop vendor account status reports, includes capture and collation of statistics and stakeholder feedback – 10%

    • Oversee vendor governance activity and ensure it is properly documented in the vendor governance SharePoint sites – 5%

    • Manage contract approval packages presented by IT Procurement and/or Finance for execution – 10%

    • Drive the resolution of issues within the vendor issues log.  Be a central point of contact for key stakeholders to report issues and enter into the appropriate log when requested – 10%

    • Proactively monitor staff augmentation Transaction Schedules, which haven’t transitioned to Randstad, to ensure limitations associated with length of term, renewals are not violated – 10%

    • Oversee vendor tasks/deliverables are being met from a VMO perspective (e.g. documents are presented on time, outstanding credits are received …), escalate to SVE and VME when necessary – 5%

    • Ensure SVE and CRM are aware of VMO vendor governance tasks/deliverables which are approaching deadlines and assist where possible – 5%

    • Manage the scheduling all VMO vendor governance meetings across the IT vendor landscape (200+ per year) – 5%

    • Provide support in driving Executive, Global & Regional Business Reviews (includes development and management of agenda and ensuring everything is documented properly for governance purposes) – 5%

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors degree in Information Systems or Technology/Business related field;

    • 3 + years' experience developing, implementing & managing IT Vendor performance, projects, and relationships.

    • Experience working with geographically dispersed team & customer base.

    • Ability to think strategically & communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.

    • Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio with strong SharePoint experience
