Principle Objectives
Assist 2D Design Director in creating and developing innovative design solutions with high luxury aesthetic, within budgetary and timetable restraints of all programs.
Responsibilities
· Support on all facets of 2D design: inclusive of supporting concepting building, presentations, ecommerce, and social contents, print materials, campaign assets guidelines, brand guideline and promotional program collateral.
· Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional development partners including Creative, Consumer Marketing, and creative operation team.
· Attend and contributes to development and production meetings as needed. Assist in creation of presentational materials for the team as needed.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field.
· 4+ relevant design experience of supporting concepting at pre-shoot, designing campaign activation content including ecommerce, social content, and print materials, to the end of delivering final assets to partners and regions.
· On-set photoshoot experience is a plus.
· A strong design background in graphic design, typography, layout, and mechanical production.
· Having the knowledge of fashion and still-life photography is a plus.
· Luxury fashion and beauty advertising experience preferred.
· Extensive familiarity with social media, digital advertising, and video platforms on all formats (desktop, mobile and tablet).
· Strong understanding of current digital trends in both design and development.
· Proficient in use of MAC environment with technical knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects) as well as Keynote and PowerPoint.
· Self-motivated, highly organized, innovative, and able to multi-task under pressure in fast paced environment.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
