The Regional Office for the EMEA area is based in Paris and is supporting the customization and implementation of the strategy of Estée Lauder Companies in 17 markets (over 30 countries) all over Europe Middle East Africa & India.

1)Planning, Tracking & Estimation · Work with functional /product teams and business partners to gather requirements · Work with technical teams to identify logical phases of project delivery · Collaborate with functional and technical teams to capture scope estimation · Plan out requirements execution using information collected from functional and technical teams · Create and manage through duration of the project: project plans, and timeline · Identifies and escalates risks to team lead · Manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders
2)Team Management · Provides mentoring on best practices · Develop a culture of excellence & delivery, while helping grow talent · Grow project management team · Define, manage and enforce strategies and principles for successful delivery
3)Communication and Transparency · Build out project summary with up-to-date details on program progress/challenges · Set up framework to capture program risks · Work with technology and business leaders to identify mitigation strategies · Negotiate with Business and Technical teams on priorities and technical strategies to meet deadlines and deliver stable, modular, and secure solutions
4)Processes & Documentation · Contributes to improving existing methodology, processes, tools, and technology standards · Contributes to project documentation
