The Program
The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Program is part of the CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, two-year rotational program specially designed for masters program graduates who have between one and four years of full-time professional work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies. This leadership development program integrates customized professional rotations, continuous leadership development, coaching, mentoring, hands-on practical experience, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to optimize talent and build business acumen and capability. It capitalizes on the participants' creativity, learning agility and innovation to create bespoke, high-touch experiences that will accelerate career growth.

Each rotation exposes participants to new disciplines while exploring new areas of the business that apply both professional and academic experience. The program stresses continuous development, leadership, excellence, transparency, collaboration, and agility. Our goal is to attract, retain, and develop the best future leaders of the organization.
The CEO Global Presidential Program Tracks:
The program tracks are linked to the strategic focus of the business and are subject to change based on business needs. Specific opportunities will also vary by region.
Tracks
Marketing
The Marketing track provides SrPAs with exposure in the key areas of consumer, product, and digital marketing. The Marketing SrPA will have the opportunity to interact with senior executives within our powerhouse brands and functions. Participants will also gain exposure to the global marketing strategy of the organization and how it is implemented throughout the regions and affiliates around the world. They will be given challenging projects and will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners i.e., Product Development, Creative, Finance, Demand Planning or Global Brand Supply Chain. The Marketing PMA will gain a comprehensive understanding of ELC Brand Marketing Calendars and learn to master the art of conducting business and competitive analysis.

Online
The Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today’s retail landscape. The Online SrPA will be exposed to various functions within our Online division with a focus on e-commerce, merchandising analytics, and omnichannel initiatives while being a part of a fast-growing area of the business.

Human Resources
The Human Resources track offers rotations focusing on the strategic priorities within the Centers of Excellence in Global Human Resources as well as opportunities to work with both function and brand HR Business Partner teams. The Human Resources SrPA will work on projects related to ELC’s objective of attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.

Global Supply Chain
The Global Supply Chain track focuses on areas including manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution. The Global Supply Chain SrPA will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, production scheduling, all with a sustainability lens.

Data Analytics
The Data Analytics track focuses on the evolving role of data insights and analytics in our consumer growth and marketing strategies. The Data Analytics SrPA will be offered various technically challenging roles in our Enterprise Marketing & Data division with a focus on data science, data analytics and customer relationship management. These roles will represent a cross section of global and regional perspectives.

Creative / Design
The Creative / Design track focuses on the growing importance of the creative function with regards to visual merchandising, store design, package design, and digital asset creation. The Creative / Design SrPA will be exposed to different areas of the business such as in-store merchandising, in-store collateral, special events, windows, merchandising units, design development and design execution with different brands and functions at The Estée Lauder Companies.

Upon successful completion of the program, the SrPA will be placed at the Manager level. This placement is based on existing business needs, the SrPA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.
