TPM Commercialization New Products Launch Planner
TPM Commercialization New Product Launch (NPL) is an individual contributor role. The role will be responsible for the following:
Orchestrates manufacturing milestones in the plan regarding new product launch
Collaborates with Global MPS Planner as well as TPM Schedulers to ensure the launch production plots are aligned with the Launch Policy
Key Responsibilities:
Guide overall product development process (from study concept to realization to project launch), managing development with TPM partners
Act as point of contact for TPM partners
Collaborate with TPM partners to address project challenges and remove obstacles in meeting launch execution milestones
Maintain all manufacturing specific milestones in the Launch Project Management tool and ensure successful launch execution
Collaborate with Global MPS Planner as well as TPM Schedulers to ensure the launch production plots are set up according to the Launch Policy to drive and high OTIF metric
Coordinate Quality Notifications on FERT and HALB within the plant
Take ownership over accuracy and timeliness of Master Data enrichment requirements in collaboration with the Master Data Stewards
Collaborate with PDM to ensure that BOM statuses are timely and accurate to facilitate planning, procurement, and on time site execution
Ensure that all budgetary objectives are met and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial forecasting
Develop and distribute project close out deports detailing milestones and key lessons learned
Oversee resolution of problems as they arise with outside partnerships, communicate with internal stakeholders and develop problem resolution strategies

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in New Product Planning and / or Supply Planning
Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting and supply planning tools (e.g., SAP, E2Open, Kinaxis, etc.)
Experience in new product planning and manufacturing processes
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,000 to $104,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
