    We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring talented candidates. You will oversee the implementation and execution of our Talent Acquisition strategy at Estée Lauder Oevel. The Talent Acquisition Manager is in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing recruitment processes and strategies:  

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a strong and sustainable recruitment plan for both blue and white collars in the current challenging landscape
    • Increase the quality of our recruitment process (training hiring managers, clear recruitment process, improve candidate experience)
    • Lead the inhouse master vendor for blue collars and closely work with our recruitment agencies for white collars and management level
    • Together with our EMEA Talent Development Manager, implement a process for talent to move internally between business areas (both blue & white collars)
    • Develop an employer branding strategy
    • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities in relation with the brand strategy
    • Organize internal career fairs and participating in external career fairs
    • Encourage employees to be employer brand ambassadors
    • Plan employee referral programs
    • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions (Management level)
    • Measure performance of hiring trends through a clear KPI dashboard
    • Build a network within the area and with relevant schools
    • Build internship programmes in collaboration with (high) schools and universities

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 8+ years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role
    • Good knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
    • Experience as a people manager
    • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills
