Position Summary:
The role will be responsible for the following:
Propagates build request to TPMs and secure supply commit over operational horizon; requests additional capacity (in addition to committed capacity) per ELC agreements with TPMs
Confirm purchase requests, edits PO requirements per confirmation from TPM
Provide updated build commits to Senior TPM Planner
Key Responsibilities:

Confirm purchase requests, edits PO requirements per confirmation from TPM
Provide updated build commits to Senior TPM Planner
Collaborates with GSR counterpart and secure available and committed capacity information from TPMs
Provides TPM capacity information and constraints to Senior TPM Planner for generation of feasible operational plan
Publishes build forecast outside the commit zone to TPM via Supplier Collaboration tool
Reviews TPM performance – build vs. commit vs. actual and generates TPM scorecard; provides TPM performance information to GSR
Escalates unresolved issues to GSR and works for resolution
Responsible for management and oversight of TPM SAR and supplier cancellations as % of COGS
Capabilities:
Knowledge of the interactions and interplays between supply and demand in the executional (0-2 months) and operational (2-12 month) horizons, with focus on supply planning for 3rd Party Manufacturers
Highly analytical – analyzes data and provides clear / fact-based presentations to stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to successfully manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously
Ability to build strong relationships and tactfully navigate multiple cross-functional, matrixed stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills and quick to react and respond to changes
Execution oriented – thrive under pressure with a demonstrated ability to get things done
Ability to work within a global, cross-functional team, collaborating with 3rd Party Manufacturers, GSR, Planning and Commercial stakeholders
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research or related field
Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in Supply Chain with 1-2 years of managerial experience
Experience in manufacturing, supply planning, sourcing / purchasing and supplier management within the beauty / cosmetic industry
Considerable knowledge and experience in 3rd Party Manufacturer-related supply planning and management including supplier performance management / score-carding
Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and supplier collaboration tools (e.g., SAP, E2Open, Kinaxis, etc.)
Experience in the cosmetics, personal care industries preferred
