    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • The Trade Marketing Executive Clinique is responsible for the overall retail activation of the brand.
    • The Trade Marketing Executive Clinique works in close collaboration with all retail partners and the internal e-retail department to ensure the perfect execution of our omnichannel marketing strategies and deliver the best experience to our consumers.
    • The Trade Marketing Executive Clinique reports to the Consumer Marketing Manager Benelux.

    AS  A TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE CLINIQUE YOU WILL:

    • Translate the consumer & marketing calendar into a detailed omnichannel animation and promotional plan by Retailer, including flagship doors (counters and high-end perfumeries)
    • Build & execute a comprehensive CRM plan as support of all retail activities
    • Plan, monitor and manage Trade Marketing budget (e.g. GWPs, Collateral, COOP)
    • Collaborate with (e-)Key Account Managers in preparing (e-)retailers' meetings and business reviews
    • Measure the performance of Trade Marketing actions and strive for spend optimization
    • Collect feedback from Sales & Retail Executives & on the quality of the Trade Marketing
    • Understand the competitive landscape and trends in markets and competition

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Entrepreneur & initiative taker with an operational mindset
    • Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch, English, and French
    • Proven marketing experience in an omnichannel consumer-driven environment; preferably in the cosmetics & beauty products or the luxury industry.
    • Negotiating skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels
    • Result and budget-oriented, passion for product, hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible, driven challenge seeker
    • Optimistic and can-do attitude
