    We are looking for a

    Vendor Master Data Analyst to join our team in Budapest!

     

    THE ROLE:

    This position is part of the OneSource organization supporting vendors supplying products to the company. As the company purchases materials from new vendors (supplier businesses), this group will support bringing them onto the vendor network, following up with them as needed. This group will also support the maintenance of vendor information within the company.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Supplier Master Data Support

    • Obtain training in ELC systems on how to process and update Supplier information
    • Onboard new suppliers using Ariba and SAP technology
    • Register ELC existing suppliers in Ariba SLP module so that they can self-maintain their basic data
    • Work with Suppliers via phone/email to retrieve and update data as required
    • Ensure data integrity in key system and maintaining the processes to support the data quality
    • Support Supplier data updates, when required
    • Follow Supplier compliance processes and procedures
    • Create reporting on Supplier key data metrics
    • Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems
    • Compose and maintain documentation on Supplier data onboarding and updating
     
    

    Continuous Improvement

    • Establish standard operating procedures for data standardization and grouping
    • Periodic update of data definitions, whenever necessary
    • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance how Supplier data is obtained, processed, and updated via providing knowledge of the process, supporting design of new processes, and testing for solutions
    • Proactively identify areas of improvement on existing process or establish and test on new hypothesis

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • High school, Collage/University degree is an advantage
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication) is a must, French/German/Italian/Spanish knowledge is an advantage

    KEY SKILLS:

    • Collaborative, able to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
    • Experience work with large amount of data
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Preferred qualifications – experience with SAP or Ariba technologies
    • Cyber Security knowledge and awareness
