Hi we are Flight Health! A fully-funded startup started in the fall of 2020 to revolutionize the way independent doctors run their practices and provide modern experiences for their patients. We are booking revenue and growing fast with 5 practices on board. We are building quickly with our designer and engineering team and looking for someone who is interested in learning to build production software and services to join us!

• Run product with our designer and dev team as we build our Flight patient apps on iOS and Android, and our Flight practice control system on Ruby on Rails.
• Implement our solutions with our initial clients, collect feedback to communicate back to the product team.
• Test the integration of the app with our Electronic Medical Record provider (AthenaHealth) and help us find new clients by listing our solution on the Athenahealth marketplace.
• Help us implement business systems at Flight to support our growth this summer and ensure we provide the best product and service out there.
• Hybrid remote work & in office out our new Flight HQ in downtown Manhattan.

Our founders have a wide range of experience in technology, banking and healthcare startups. Learn from founders who are alumni of Wharton, PWC, and are engineers, doers and problem solvers at heart.

• Preferred Programs: Bachelors levels program with a focus on business (econ, finance) and/or technology/engineering
• Examples of leadership and creativity
• Strong analytical skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in learning software development or building products
• Systems oriented and loves to solve problems with lasting solutions

• Solution oriented and desire to finish projects to completion
• Interest in software development and have built something (optional) in a software development framework (Django, Rails) or have build models with logic in Excel or Airtable.

Flight is on a mission to provide better patient outcomes by empowering doctors with a next-generation platform for independent practices, putting time back in doctor's hands and giving them control of their practice, to better care for their patients.

By taking a holistic approach to supporting medical practices, Flight will manage everything from marketing and communications to scheduling and billing via an easy to use tech platform and expert in-person support.
