A Summer Internship with Purpose

Our 11-week, paid summer internship program provides you with opportunities for learning and personal development, networking, and engagement with our leadership teams. Based in San Francisco, New York City, or Toronto (but operating virtually until it is safe to be back in our offices), you’ll feel accepted from day 1, included, and a part of our community. You’ll gain hands-on experience and exposure within your discipline and team while making real contributions, receiving mentorship, and learning from constructive feedback. Whether it's wrangling big data or writing code for our app, your work contributes to our company’s overall success, impacting the lives of millions.

My Impact as a WW Product Management Intern

• Be a key member of the Product Management team and work alongside, as well as build key relationships with, Design, Behavioral Science, Engineering, and Brand
• Dig deep into identifying and prioritizing key needs of our WW Members to determine how we can evolve our experiences that support their wellness and weight loss journey
• Contribute to building a strategy and roadmap to build and release a new experience for our Members in alignment with our internal partner teams
• Learn and live Agile methodology in developing features and deepen your understanding of how to balance the considerations to determine what, when, and how to build a tech product
• Enhance your skills at determining business and experience impact of features on our Members’ journey and moving key performance indicators (KPI)
• Get up and running from day one by partnering with a fellow senior Product Manager buddy to collaborate, consult and get direct support to achieve success at WW

Educational Requirements & Desired Skills

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Graduation date between December 2021 and May 2022
• Passion for Product Management and solving problems
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Great interpersonal skills and a desire to learn and grow!
