We’re looking for an intelligent, problem-solving Assistant Operations Manager to help us create and maintain a therapeutic experience from the moment our clients enter the office.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll be the Director of First Impressions, the backbone of the administrative team, and a contributor to an ever-evolving set of best practices that create our superb client experience.
• You’ll both participate in the administration of the Commonwealth Psychology client experience and supervise the administrative assistants working toward the same goal.

What does that mean? You’ll be responsible for executing on a variety of front- and back-of-house operations such as:

• Greeting clients
• Collecting co-payments
• Coordinating client intake
• Handling billing software
• Diving into various medical office management tasks
• Supervising administrative assistants contributing to the same mission

Requirements for the Healthcare Operations Assistant role include:

• Should be available for full-time employment starting in August 2019
• Relevant experience in the healthcare, administrative, or retail management space
• This position requires that candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship in the future
