Here is what we expect from our TEAM:

• An excellent on time and daily attendance record from June 25th through August 17th.
• Work generally from 8:15 am to 4:15 pm Monday through Friday.
• Required attendance at a series of pre-season workshops and training sessions held in the evenings and a Saturday in the weeks before camp begins.
• All that we said above about the natural skills you probably already possess.

Here is what the TEAM does every summer:

• We create a climate of learning and fun to further the development of each camper socially, physically and creatively.
• We help each child adjust easily to his/her group and strengthen values of teamwork, cooperation and sportsmanship.
• We encourage a positive self-image for each child while teaching skills in a variety of physical and creative activities.
• We coach and encourage campers in a calm yet also spirited way, free from excessive competition.

This is more than being a counselor -- it's like finding a second home.
