You Will --

• Engage thoughtfully and tactfully with members who are using Carrot to help them achieve their fertility goal(s).
• Be the day-to-day contact for members — equal part educator, coach and coordinator.
• Manage routing of members across all aspects of care management, including within the Carrot expert network as well as with providers.
• Work closely with the product, engineering, growth and customer success team to constantly improve the Carrot program.

About you:

• Internship or work experience at a fast-growing tech company a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent at daily execution but also a strategic thinker who enjoys operational problem-solving.
• Superior communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
• Accountability and hustle; you own your projects from beginning to end.
• You care deeply about our mission, which means you will approach each member with empathy, compassion, and relentless problem-solving.
