As a member of the US Cryotherapy team, you will be responsible for providing reception, technician and general education services related to our products in a professional atmosphere.

We are seeking wellness enthusiasts who are customer friendly and committed to positively enriching our team and our patrons’ experience while at our facility.

• Greet visitors in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner, processing payments, completing intake procedures and directing patrons through treatments.

• Responsible for answering incoming calls. Answering general questions, making appointments and correctly and politely taking messages when necessary.

• Understanding and communicating general cryotherapy physiological benefits and outcomes, safety policy enforcement, and customer service priority.

• Providing precise and thorough cryotherapy treatments to patrons

• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Ability to interact effectively as a member of a team and work collaboratively with other staff members.

• Availability on nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience with customer service
• Certified Personal Trainer a plus
• First Aid/CPR a plus
