    What this business area supports

    • The Customer Experience Optimization team contributes to accelerating the pace of digital innovation at CVS Health with high-impact, actionable tests. We focus on a customer-centric approach to optimizing experiences, aligning with business priorities, and influencing outcomes that will enhance digital products. We work across all digital businesses to change mindsets from “we think” to “we know” using quantifiable customer behavior data and insights. What you will do
    • Support components of end-to-end test execution across a specific business unit or set up experiences
    • Work collaboratively with VoC and Analytics teams to summarize and utilize qualitative research and quantitative data to inform testing opportunities
    • Assist in identifying opportunities to optimize experiences across channels.
    • Develop test plans aimed at improving the customer experience.
  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • You should currently be pursuing a Bachelors degree

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Have a willingness to relocate
    • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
    • Be able to communicate effectively with a diverse audience
    • Encourage teamwork and a positive environment to improve team effectiveness
    • Be resourceful and can quickly and successfully adapt to change
    • Have an interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health

    EDUCATION

    • You should currently be pursuing a Bachelors degree
    • Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2021 and August 2022
    • Have a 3.0 + cumulative GPA
