    Overall Responsibilities:

    • Offer exceptional Customer Service to all clients.
    • Exemplify Everyday Athlete's core values: Strong Body, Focused Mind, Playful Attitude
    • Perform all necessary duties to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation of Everyday Athlete at all times

    Specific Customer Service Responsibilities:

    • Client Check-In
    • Greet each client that walks in the door
    • Learn each client’s name
    • Ensure that the client information on file is correct.
    • Ask questions of the client whenever necessary to update their file.
      Ensure that they are happy and properly is “checked-in” for their service or appointment
    • Be sure that their payment is up-to-date
    • Always conduct yourself in a friendly, professional manner
    • Communicate professionally.
    • Follow all EA procedures and protocols on communication including emails
    • Become an expert in all the Everyday Athlete offers so that you can speak knowledgeably about Everyday Athlete's service and facilities.
    • Assist clients with scheduling their family including classes and Private Training sessions -by phone, and via email
    • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, parents, and guests
    • Greet clients, prospective clients, and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
    • Respond and assist in answering any client, potential client, or guest questions, concerns, or needs
    • Consistent punctuality for beginning shifts, taking breaks and ending shifts
    • Provide training recommendations from personal critique during the end of day closeout meetings
    • Provide COS with prompt notification on an emergency, injury, or any other particular situation affecting current work or the following day’s work
    • Communicate to COS important information regarding client and studio issues
