What is special about this team: The Data, Analytics, and Insights team is responsible for helping the organization make data informed strategic decisions and measure he outcomes of those decisions. This team partners closely with our stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance as well as market analytics teams across the globe to better understand their business questions and help them answer them

How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: An intern on the Data, Analytics, and Insights team will have a chance to work on a project that has a last impact whether through increasing our operational excellence as a team or working on a project that provides insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

An example of a typical project include:

• Modeling and Predicting Leader Performance.
• Creating KPI Frameworks for new initiatives,
• Measuring success of Product launches and incentive Programs.
• Improving data operational excellence through data engineering and architecture.

What skills and background will be important to be successful in this internship?

Desired Skills:

• Quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to research and synthesize information into meaningful interpretations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables with competing deadlines.
• Experience working with SQL and Tableau.  Experience with Python, R, or Alteryx would be a plus.

Desired Degree: BS degree in Math, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain
