    CVS Health is looking for a passionate, curious and highly customer-centric individual to join our Digital Pharmacy Product Management team as a product management analyst. As a member of the team, the analyst will help to drive digital innovation by analyzing the performance and trends of our digital products, and using various “Voice of Customer” listening posts to identify and address product enhancement opportunities.

    What this business area supports:

    The digital pharmacy is an important differentiator for the company. We deliver digital pharmacy products and customer experiences across channels (desktop, mobile web, and mobile app) in support of major business units (Retail pharmacy, Specialty pharmacy, and Caremark pharmacy benefits management.)

    Responsibilities

    • Digital pharmacy product requirements – assist digital Product Manager with documenting business requirements and testing digital pharmacy experiences to validate that they are performing as expected
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and research to support Voice of Customer listening posts.
    • Support the digital product lifecycle and contribute to documentation (e.g., requirements / user stories, project plans), user acceptance testing, release management, KPI tracking and evaluation
    • Create summaries for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders of Top Customer Themes
    • Creates and maintains dashboards and reporting to measure metrics and KPIs for Digital products in market
    • Work with the appropriate team (optimization team, IT, vendors, etc.) to establish A/B testing approach and strategies as appropriate. Establish out the necessary measurement reporting.
    • Proactive Insights
    • Utilizing an array of “Voice of Customer” tools, identify actionable insights for future customer centric enhancements.
    • These tools may include customer surveys, direct customer feedback, market research, call shadowing, competitive benchmarking, and other tools.
    • Leveraging our analytics and IT teams along with external stakeholders to prioritize these insights will be key.
    • Reactive Insights
    • Day to day monitoring of “site health” from the VoC perspective.
    • Quickly pinpoint and triage existing customer pain points. Leverage our analytics and IT teams to prioritize production issues and trends.

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Educational or prior internship experience with business analysis
    • Interest in innovation
    • A successful candidate is someone who is curious and willing to jump in and manage details, while keeping the larger strategy and customer-focus in mind. Also helpful is an ability to derive insights by leveraging customer research, data and analytics and to develop ideas and a plan, even when data is incomplete or imperfect
    • The successful candidate has strong project management skills and must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own a project from start to finish, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

    EDUCATION

    • You should currently be pursuing a Bachelors degree
    • Have an anticipated graduation date between May 2021 and May 2022
    • Have a 3.0 + cumulative
