Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a group of 14 international support staff.
- Managing a busy dining hall serving 800 plates/meal.
- Working with Foodservice team/cooks to ensure the success of the operation.
- Delegating tasks to be completed (setup, service and clean-up)
- Qualifications
- This is a great internship for someone looking to have a career in the hotel/restaurant industry.
- Experience working in restaurants, kitchens, hotels would be important.
