    As a Supply Chain Intern at Kohl’s, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the supply chain network. You’ll gain hands-on experience by contributing to real-world logistics initiatives aimed at optimizing service levels, reducing costs, enhancing quality, and increasing delivery speed. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in supply chain management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

    NEW this year! We will also be hiring a Supply Chain intern specifically for our RFID Technology. Kohl’s is currently rolling out RFID technology across our store fleet. As the RFID Supply Chain intern, you will have the opportunity to directly impact and influence the success of this rollout and help identify future capabilities for RFID within our organization.

    ✨ What You’ll Do

    • Lead a Strategic Logistics Project: Spearhead a high-impact initiative focused on improving the speed, cost-efficiency, and quality of Kohl’s e-commerce fulfillment operations.
    • Perform In-Depth Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Conduct ROI assessments to support the business case for new logistics strategies and future initiatives.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with corporate and field-based logistics teams to align project goals, share insights, and ensure smooth execution. Use data-driven approaches to inform cross-functional decision-making.
    • Drive Continuous Improvement: Engage in hands-on problem-solving to identify process enhancements and drive innovation in fulfillment and logistics workflows.
    • RFID Technology Supply Chain Intern Specific: Kohl’s is currently rolling out RFID technology across our store fleet.
