Manage the CEO’s calendar, arranging meetings and coordinating with various schedules
Handling email correspondence
Ensures CEO has appropriate materials and has scheduled time to be prepared for meetings.
Manages travel arrangements. This includes meeting set up, travel arrangements, lodging, meals, expense reports, etc.
May be tasked to manage special projects
Participate in general office & studio administration.
Research various topics and extracting key information in a quick viewable format
Recent Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment background in, wellness, or business is a plus.
Bright, engaging, and resourceful; poised under pressure
Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
Highly proficient at Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Outlook calendar management and Word).
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
Given little to no direction, will explore and determine method for accomplishing objectives.
