Our CVS Health Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three-year rotational experience designed to develop individuals entering the finance and accounting field into future finance leaders at our Fortune 4 Company. You will progress through three one-year rotations grounded in controllership fundamentals, finance planning & analysis, and data analysis & visualization. Locations and Relocation: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that need to move over 50 miles.

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Meet educational requirements (see education section)
• Have a willingness to relocate for one-year rotations if needed. FLDPs may work in office locations in Hartford, CT; Cumberland, RI; Northbrook, IL; Phoenix, AZ; and other US-based office locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have 0-1.5 years of related professional experience, preferrably related finance or accounting internship or business experience
• Possess technical skills with reporting, database and visualization using tools such as Excel, VBA, Access, Alteryx, Tableau
• Have transferrable leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, school projects or at work
• Show strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems or tasks
• Have an interest in building a long-term career in Finance at CVS Health
• Demonstrate commitment to our core values: Integrity, accountability, collaboration, caring and innovation

Education:

• Anticipated completion of bachelor’s degree program by start date (January 2024 through August 2024) or equivalent experience. Master’s students completing 3+1 or 4+1 programs (a Master’s/MBA program immediately following your bachelor’s degree) may be considered
• Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics or similar quantitative majors

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 – $89,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
