We’re looking for a nimble, problem-solving Operations Assistant to help us create a therapeutic experience from the moment our clients enter the office.

You’ll be the Director of First Impressions, the backbone of the administrative team, and a contributor to an ever-evolving set of best practices that create our superb client experience.

What does that mean? You’ll be responsible for executing on a variety of front- and back-of-house operations such as:

• Greeting clients
• Collecting co-payments
• Coordinating client intake
• Handling billing software
• Diving into various medical office management tasks

Requirements for the Healthcare Operations Assistant role include:

• Should be available for full-time employment starting in August 2019
• This position requires that candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship in the future
