We are looking for a passionate and eager digital product strategy intern to join our ABO Tools team and help us create innovative and sustainable digital products for our ABOs.
As a digital product strategy intern at Amway, you will: • Assist the digital product strategists in defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and goals for ABO-facing digital products. • Conduct research and analysis on the market, competitors, customers, and user feedback to identify opportunities and challenges for our digital products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, design, engineering, and analytics, to understand the requirements and specifications of each product category and project. • Use tools and frameworks like SWOT analysis, value proposition canvas, lean canvas, OKRs, etc., to create and communicate product strategies and plans. • Evaluate the performance, impact, and value of our digital products using key metrics and data-driven insights. • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital product strategy and management.
To be eligible for this internship, you will need: • To be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in product strategy, product management, business administration, or a related field. • To have knowledge of digital product strategy concepts, methods, tools, and frameworks. • To have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • To have excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • To have a passion for creating user-centric and value-driven digital products.
This internship will be for a duration of 12 weeks during the summer of 2024. You will be working at our headquarters in Ada, Michigan. You will also have the opportunity to network with other interns and professionals at Amway.
