    DIGITAL MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION INTERNSHIP

    The Digital Multimedia Production team is responsible for delivering live online content to internal and external audiences. This delivery is accomplished through cloud-based tools as well as from a studio in our National Center in Dallas. The Digital Multimedia Production team is seeking an intern with skills to help us create and deliver both live and virtual content. This content includes traditional broadcast graphics such as lower thirds, bugs, interstitials, and stingers as well as using technologies such as Unreal Engine and CasparCG to create and deliver virtual sets and related content. Ideal candidates will be quick learners, creative, and possess a variety of graphic and design skills, excel in written communication, and have strong attention to detail.

    INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:

    • Time Commitment: 20-25 hours per week

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Content Creation/Design

    • Create/design branded material, animation packages, and new layouts for a variety of live and virtual events.

    • Animate, edit, composite, and format content based on provided ideas and guidance while also bringing creative ideas to the team.

    • Create templates, guidelines, and best practices to allow for efficient creation or modification of created assets.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Expanded knowledge of After Effects, Unreal Engine (or applicable 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation software), and Adobe Premiere.

    • Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, & Audition.)

    • Third party plug-ins knowledge is a plus.

    • Additional knowledge with live video production or video capture is optional.

    • Demonstrated excellence in written communications skills

    • Ability to interact professionally in a corporate, non-profit environment and assume responsibility for guiding communications and projects from inception through completion

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities involving multiple entities

    • Minimum availability 20hrs/wk, M-F
