Internship Job Title: Engineering (Plastics Plant)

Our Plastics Plant is among the highest leveraged supply plant at Amway, furnishing 50 million containers to the Healthy Beauty and Home Manufacturing Plants with plans for significant growth. The experiece will provide a practical view of a complete, modern, highly competitive Plastics supply chain with impactful projects supporting he a highly energized manufacturing team.

How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:

The successful candidate will be mentored by engineering staff who hold significant experience in Plastics operations and will be tasked with delivering critical aspects of one or more capital projects, commercialization projects, or plant support projects. The work will be designed to provide a gratifying experience.

The successful candidate may be provided assignments in one or more of the following areas: equipment specification, procurement and installation, validation of operations, mold design, procurement, and testing, trouble-shooting significant downing events.
