Internship Job Title: Macro Business Analyst Intern

What is special about this team: The Macro Forecasting Team is responsible for providing advanced analytics and insights to the Amway organization. This collaborative team provides the Enterprise with Macro Sales Forecasts, handles the creation and development of strategic KPI’s, and supports data analysis of our business strategies and impacts to the company’s sales performance. As a Business Analyst Analyst on the MacroTeam, you will collaborate with partners across the organization to gather, analyze and interpret data to generate insights that will inform decisions around investments and enterprise sales growth.

How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: This position will have the opportunity to tackle analysis around key strategic initiatives and how they are impacting sales growth. The insights that are generated from this will be used to deliver recommendations and opportunities to enhance sales growth for the company.

An example of a typical project is: Projects are focused around using data to answer strategic business questions, advancing the accuracy of sales forecasts, or performing impact assessments on key growth initiatives. This role would collaborate with our broader Data and Analytics team and key business partners as part of the analytical process. Exposure to analytical technologies/tools (Google Cloud, Tableau, Alteryx, etc) will occur as well.

Desired Prospective Degree: BS degree in Math, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
