    Internship Job Title: Global Sales: ABO Acumen & Global Programs

    *NOTE: Internship is for Summer of 2023

    *You must be enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or PHD Degree program at the time of the internship.

The intern hired will be encouraged and empowered to experiment, take calculated risks, and make decisions for the projects they lead and/or support.

    How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:

    ABO Acumen will be a learning experience that changes the career and connection to Amway by being able to better serve ABOs. The program will help new hires, hires that joined during the Covid pandemic and existing employees understand with empathy what effort it takes to build an Amway Business. The intern will be able to lead components of this program: development of content as well as present to Amway Employees information regarding a sales perspective that impacts the growth of an ABOs business, which will increase their understanding of an ABO. The ABO Acumen program will be part of the ABO Activation & Engagement area supporting specifically the Learning & Development team.

    Another area that the intern will support is within our Global Programs team within the Global Sales. Working across the sales division, opportunities to work with other functional parts of the sales team will be available to learn more about the ABOs business.

    An example of a typical project is:

    This is a new project that will be implemented into Amway. Onboarding has existed for all new hires, but providing deeper information for employees to understand specifically how their role, regardless of the area they are hired into, connects to the building of an ABOs business has not been in existence. This role will be working on developing new content, presenting to employees through the enterprise, as well as evaluating the understanding and connection of the content to employees. Through enterprise culture survey’s this has been identified as a desire and need from employees.

    Desired Skills: Microsoft Suite, Project Management, Communication (both written and verbal), Stakeholder Management, Learning & Development (Training), Presentation/Facilitation
