• Manage the company’s online presence, including but not limited to website, blog, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest

• Create graphics and content for email campaigns, website content, bimonthly newsletters, weekly blogs, landing pages, ad copies, infographics, webinar scripts, presentations, guides, product materials, social media posts, videos

• Assist with client coordination duties: answering the phones, taking sales call, scheduling appointments, helping out the front desk

• Assist with general administrative tasks: scanning, photocopying, labeling

• Highly comfortable with technology and be able to learn new programs quickly

• Excellent understanding of social media channels and have working knowledge of all social media outlets (knowledge of Hootsuite preferred)

• Be proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suites, HTML, Wordpress

• Exceptional planning, coordination, project management, communication (verbal & written), organizational, creative problem-solving, multi-tasking, and attention to detail

• Highly collaborative and energetic

• Familiarity with InfusionSoft and video-editing a plus

• Have an enthusiasm for health, nutrition, or medicine
