The Marketing Leadership Program (MLP) is a full-time, dynamic, three-year rotational program designed to develop strategic marketers into future leaders. The program will help you hone your marketing skills while providing you with exposure to our enterprise strategy, culture and way of working, establishing a strong foundation from which to build a rewarding and impactful career at CVS.
You will participate in accelerated development through compelling and challenging projects, career coaching, networking, and exposure to senior leadership. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on each rotation, but are designed to provide exposure and build expertise across key marketing pillars (e.g., content, media, creative design, community engagement, etc.) and business units (e.g., CVS Health Retail, Aetna Health Insurance, Caremark Prescription Benefits, etc.)
PAY RANGE
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 19.52
Maximum: 38.99
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Meet educational requirements (see education section)
Have a willingness to relocate
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Be interested in the way marketing impacts consumer behavior and drives business results
Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Internship or work experience in a marketing function (ie. content creation, media planning, creative, marketing strategy)
Proficiency with suite of Microsoft Products
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
EDUCATION
Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2022 and August 2023
Have a major(s)/concentration in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related major
