This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 5, 2023 and will end on August 11, 2023.
The pay rate for this role is $55/hr. Please disregard the range listed.

About this business area:
Our team researches and supports the development of new healthcare solutions that manage costs, reduce waste, and improve patient care. We also innovate new solutions that enhance client and member experiences with complex health care challenges such as benefit design, pricing & cost solutions, Electronic Health Records, medication monitoring, and digital engagement. Our strategies are driven by informatics, data science analysis, artificial Intelligence, analytic insight tools, trend analysis, and packaged reporting.
What you will do:
Have an opportunity to engage with stakeholders in the healthcare industry who are working to improve health outcomes through leading benefit and prescription management solutions.
Work on projects critical to driving the Product Development & Innovation strategic plan, which will require you to show leadership capability, strategic insights, cross-functional team collaboration and application of analytical ability.
Gain general knowledge of the healthcare industry and how a health innovation company like CVS Health can deliver differentiated solutions, which increase customer value and market share.
PAY RANGE
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 33.65
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Meet educational requirements (see education section)
2+ years of professional work experience (post undergrad)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the healthcare or medical field
Demonstrated problem solving ability and effective communication skills
Proficiency with Excel to utilize large data sets effectively
EDUCATION
You should currently be pursuing an MBA, MPH, MHA or other related MS degree
Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2023 and August 2024
