What you will do:

• work collaboratively with a cross functional team to develop new items
• assist the team with updating existing items and facilitating the development of new brands in order to achieve front store sales and margin goals
• Helping the team with ensuring new items, refreshes and product updates are executed on time with the aid of Project Managers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Business, Engineering and/or Marketing studies
• An interest in the Retail/Consumer products industry, merchandising principles, manufacturing and customer insights
• Interest in business analytics
• Interest in innovation
• Interest in project management
• A successful candidate is someone who is curious and willing to jump in and manage details, while keeping the larger strategy and customer-focus in mind. Also helpful is an ability to derive insights by leveraging customer research, data and analytics and to develop ideas and a plan, even when data is incomplete or imperfect
• The successful candidate has strong project management skills and must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own a project from start to finish, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

EDUCATION

• Currently be pursuing a bachelors degree
• Have a 3.0+ cumulative GPA
• Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2021 - June 2022
