We are looking for driven, client-oriented Product Support Specialists to ensure optimal customer engagement with Healthify’s services and platform. Product Support Specialists will serve as true experts of the Healthify platform, working directly with clients and end users to increase adoption, but also working with Product and Engineering to develop scalable solutions to effectively serve our growing customer base. The Product Support Specialist will:

• Report to the Manager, Client Services
• Support our Implementation, Integrations, and Account Management team to effectively onboard clients on the platform
• Prioritize and troubleshoot user concerns
• Communicate client feedback to product and engineering teams
• Build and nurture relationships with critical end-user teams
• Proactively identify and implement innovative processes to more efficiently serve our clients
• Escalate significant end-user concerns to Client Services and Sales leadership

About You:

• 1-3 years experience in a client facing role
• Empathetic Communicator: you “know your audience” and can deliver messages to a broad assortment of stakeholders
• Proven success managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
• Diplomatic: you can gently push back on clients when necessary, and can influence individuals' and organizations' behaviors
• Passionate and always a team player
• Comfortable working autonomously
