The Healthy Beauty & Home Quality Engineer (QE) group is a dynamic team focused on ensuring the quality of Amway’s products manufactured both internally and externally. The team you will be working with has deep experience in a variety of disciplines including validation, cradle to grave buyouts and raw material/component supplier quality. The team operates as key contacts for quality issues within the onsite manufacturing plants and external suppliers. Your input will be critical for designing quality into idea-to-market projects to maintain Amway’s high quality standards, as well as a stable supply chain.

How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:

The ideal intern would collect input from the quality engineering team to align on global standards for quality, including function, aesthetics and cultural influence across markets.

An example of a typical project would be:

Standardization of global conformance checklists. Seeking a viable and effective communication process for delivering quality expectations to markets, including physical samples and digital formats.

Required skills and background:

• Desired Major: Life Sciences major
• Desired Class Year: Sophomore or above; Masters
• Desired Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills; innovative and entrepreneurial thinker; beginner data analysis skills
