Internship Job title: Software Engineer

Hourly Range: $22.83-$37.10

Location: Ada, MI (Onsite or Hybrid)

What’s special about this team:

This is an agile delivery team that is responsible for all Amway sales plan incentive and bonus payment capabilities. You will work with a team of Developers, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts that drive the market’s technology forward using Agile methodology. You will be partnering with team members located both locally and globally.

How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:

The intern on this team would work side by side with other delivery team members to deliver new features / functionality around the financial products that this team owns.

An example of a typical project would be:

1. The launch of a new e-payment option to streamline and expedite the bonus payouts to all of our IBO’s
2. The design and deployment of new sales plan incentives (as directed by the sales team) to drive IBO growth and retention

Required skills and background:

• Desired Major: Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Desired Class Year: Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
• Desired Skills: 1-2 years of programming project experience (Any Language)
  • High aptitude and excitement for learning
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Communicates well with others
