The Specialty Strategy Operations team is responsible for the development and execution of key strategic initiatives within our Specialty Pharmacies that focus on our Patients, Prescribers and Clients. The team is responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities for cost take out and revenue driving programs while keeping in mind our Customers. Customer satisfaction, quality are critical elements in our recipe for success and we look for talent who keeps this in mind as they design solutions to complex problems. Our primary Customers; Patients, Prescribers and Clients allow for interaction with key business partners and help to solidify a deep understanding of how our Specialty Pharmacies operate.

You will work on:

• Business process support analyst who will support a multi-million dollar opportunity within Specialty Strategy Operations -Create financial modeling, perform business analysis, and other functions related to the optimization of specialty generics -Analyze large amounts of complex data and provide recommendations to senior leaders -Collaborate with other areas of the business such as finance, digital, core operations, enterprise analytics, IT, payer relations, inventory management, and outside vendors (e.g. Mylan)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Meet educational requirements (see education section)
• 2+ years of professional work experience
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
• 1+ years of experience using SQL or Access; Tableau and Alteryx

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated leadership experience and initiative
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
• Previous consulting, healthcare, and or retail experience preferred but not required

EDUCATION

• You should currently be pursuing an MBA
• Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2022 and August 2023
