How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: Work within the heart of the Amway business as we modernize our MAGIC Bonus ecosystem. Build strong relationships within Global Sales and Technology as you strengthen our program with updated training and improvements in change management and communication.

An example of a typical project would be:

1. Deliver updated training for MAGIC UI/UX changes. Ideally, this would include screen recording interactions with new MAGIC Bonus screens with explanations on how to properly navigate MAGIC to perform routine tasks.
2. Strengthen the existing partnership between Global Sales and Technology as you develop a comprehensive communication plan and improve change management for our MAGIC modernization program.
