This role will start in late November. As the Engagement Ambassador, you will help connect Aura All-Stars in a largely disconnected virtual world, drive employee engagement and help inform through employee communications. This role is for someone who is adept at orchestrating virtual events; enjoys connecting people to each other, and wants to learn more about the role employee communications plays in the organization’s success.
A typical day
- The role is fast-paced and highly collaborative—attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously is a must. The ideal candidate will have a knack for personal interaction and a strong desire to learn internal communications. The ideal candidate will also understand the importance of empathy and have a really good sense of humor.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the People Experience team, the Employee Culture Committee and other stakeholders to plan and facilitate a variety of virtual (and possibly some in-person) events
- Establish and maintain measurement standards to provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention
- Research and work with vendors and other departments to build employee engagement initiatives
- Help assess organizational climate through employee surveys and focus groups
- Analyze information and identify workplace improvement needs
- Stay informed and aware of organizational operations and initiatives and identify areas where additional engagement communication is needed
You must have
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are not eligible
- Either a High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree
- Proficiency in Google Suite
