Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop processes to collect and track talent metricsProvide support for our talent programs Assist in the development of unique program featuresCreate resource materials for each programTrack engagement and program milestonesProvide administrative support for programs Identify potential opportunities for external collaborationCreate presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other related materialsRequirementsExperience within a club or organization in a leadership or planning capacityPassion for talent and human resource topics and emerging trendsWillingness to think outside the box and juggle multiple tasks simultaneouslySense of urgency and attention to detailsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter and effective time management skillsKnowledgeable in Google Suite, HubSpot and CRM toolsBenefitsBenefits: Letters of recommendation from our leadership team, college credit ( upon school approval), work with the best and brightest entrepreneurs and startups in the country, develop in-demand skills, and flesh out your resume with Context, Action, and ResultsTime: Monday - Thursday, 10 am-4 pm (hours and time commitment may be flexible if agreed upon by the supervisor and the internship candidate prior to the start of the internship)This internship is from June 6 to August 12, 2022, and can be in-person or virtual.
