    Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is looking for an enthusiastic, sustainability-focused first-year MBA student to assist our team as we work to position Johnson & Johnson as the global leader in more sustainable healthcare and personal care products & solutions.

    In this role, the intern will receive exposure to the highest levels of the Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) management team and gain an in-depth understanding of Johnson & Johnson’s environmental sustainability efforts.  Areas of potential responsibility based upon candidate fit include:

    • Identifying and applying sustainability insights for improved customer and consumer engagement.
    • Managing and deploying employee engagement programs to increase employee sustainability awareness and action.
    • Developing communications pieces such as presentations, articles, and infographics

    Basic technical understanding is important for elements of the job, and the ideal candidate would have an interest in marketing and the commercial aspects of our business.  Furthermore, it will be important for the candidate to have a personal passion for sustainability as a business driver.

    There may be limited travel which would include visits to local Johnson & Johnson operating companies and conferences.

  • Qualifications
    • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).
    • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/institution pursuing an MBA or related degree with intended graduation between December 2019 and July 2020
    • Minimum three years of full-time, professional work experience is required
    • Superior oral and written communication skills are required
    • Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills are required
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred
    • Geographically mobile for the duration of the internship (May-August 2019)
    • Fluency in English is required
