    Job Description

    Join A Place for Mom as the Vice President of Healthcare Sales where you will lead and grow the company’s Healthcare channel nationwide. Healthcare Account Executives (HCAEs) are in-field sales representatives responsible for building, nurturing, and working with healthcare facilities such as hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to support families that are being discharged but need more care at home or have to move into a senior living community. Our HCAEs work with families, in partnership with our dedicated Healthcare Senior Living Advisors, to find the right senior living communities or home care providers to serve each family’s needs.

    As Vice President, you will work to define the vision for the channel. You will coach, support, and manage the team towards delivering on their quotas. This role requires a combination of analytical and sales skills, a commitment to delivering a seamless consumer experience, and the ability to work cross functionally with other divisions within our organization to help the most families find the care they need.

    What You Will Do

    • Lead, manage, and develop a high performing, results-driven team
    • Be a change agent who shepherds the team through the shift from being reactive to proactive in its management of results and guiding them on how to use data and transparency to create accountability
    • Create, lead and execute a plan for market growth in each territory by driving referrals and working with your counterparts in the Family Sales team to increase move in conversion. Identify and pursue opportunities for top down sales to the C-suite teams at health systems
    • Develop and oversee teams as they hire, train and manage new HCAEs to maintain appropriate staffing levels in your designated markets
    • Monitor, analyze, and leverage data to drive insights into daily performance that inform your guidance and coaching in order to deliver on your overall quota
    • Define the daily/weekly/monthly cadence with your teams to build team connections and deliver on results
    • Manage performance of the team to maximize outcomes
    • Achieve and exceed sales goals monthly to achieve company goals
    • Prepare and report on market performance to Senior Leadership as required
    • Occasional travel required for Divisional and Company sales meetings and to support team in field
    • The position will require a flexible work schedule between the hours of 8am and 8pm, with night and weekend call requirements
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree required
    • 5+ years successful experience managing sales managers in healthcare nationally
    • Proven ability to lead teams selling into hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Experience in senior care industry or healthcare enterprise sales preferred
    • Track record of developing managers to be successful in building their teams while managing across your full team to repeatedly deliver on an aggregate quota
    • Experience in change management and innovation. Thrives in a fast-paced, change infused, demanding environment with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
    • Comfort testing new processes, tools, and approaches, with ability to secure buy in and feedback from the team to iterate and ultimately ensure successful rollout at scale. Track record of effectively partnering with Sales Operations teams to drive performance improvements
    • Promotes a positive and energetic sales atmosphere with the team
    • Ability to deliver results and manage ambiguity, while working independently and solving issues to appropriate resolution
    • Collaborative approach to working with other departments or business functions, with focus on achieving shared goals
    • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
    • · Ability to solve personnel issues both timely and professionally
    • Effective time management skills · Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel. Access to a designated home office space, allowing for privacy during working hours, as well as a high speed internet connection.

    Additional Information

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: $185,000-$200,000
    • On Target Earnings(First Year): $285,000-$300,000
