    Job Description

    The Sales Enablement Manager is a divisional specialist with a focus on sales, who will facilitate development, implementation and supervision of training programs for employees and onboarding of newly signed agency customers. Home Care is a rapidly growing division at A Place for Mom, experiencing a significant expansion as we work to build the teams that will grow the business. The Sales Enablement Manager will assess the needs of the Home Care division across teams and implement training and development plans. This includes, but is not limited to, development of materials to effectively onboard new team members and facilitation of a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce. This position reports to the Director of Sales Strategy and Account Management.

    What you will do:

    • Work with team managers to define the training needs of teams within the division to effectively deliver on the respective team’s goals
    • Drive sales productivity through training and development while emphasizing the importance of process compliance and adherence to procedures.
    • Develop training materials and work with team leaders to create necessary documentation to support training programs. Capture documentation in Confluence to support ongoing operational needs
    • Establish each training program within the larger APFM Learning Management System (LMS) and Confluence
    • Identify gaps in current training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity among staff
    • Build and interpret internal sales assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps. Train based on results and reassess to measure success.
    • Conduct orientation programs and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
    • Develop curriculum and launch ongoing learning plan for current team members
    • Research new training tools and materials that can enhance training procedures while providing value to employees
    • Determine future training needs based on internal process changes, transitions due to technological changes, acquisitions and mergers, and create a curriculum to facilitate that training
    • Communicate with management, trainers and team members to ensure that all needs are met
    • Offer coaching sessions across the teams to improve individual performance as needed
    • Manage our onboarding team through continuous process improvements that facilitate clear expectations with our customers when starting with our program .
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5+ years of sales/account management experience.
    • Demonstrated experience in the senior care industry or other relevant experience and willingness to learn.
    • A strong track record of supporting and servicing a broad portfolio of indirect channel partners in a wide geographic area.
    • Proven problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working in a metrics driven environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent customer service, coaching and training skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to use tact and initiative and exercise sound discretion and make sound independent decisions, within general policy, procedural and legal guidelines.
    • Ability to independently organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.
    • Strong computer skills necessary, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    Education Requirements

    Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    This job will involve travel outside of the local market 10% of the time.

    Additional information

    Compensation

    • Base Salary Range - $67,500 - $75,000
    • Bonus - 20% of annual earnings
