    The Digital Transformation Specialist collaborates with stakeholders to assess the needs of the sales force and identify tools, process, and ongoing training for all skill levels, advanced sales skills, and advanced technical training. Through tools, technology, education, observation, mentorship and motivation, the Digital Transformation Specialist enables achievement of individual, sales department, and company objectives.  This role is a regional based position which will have responsibilities for driving digital transformation within the region.

     

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Define and develop a digital enablement toolkit to improve the efficiency of the sales organizations.
    • Create a methodology and tools that are easy to use and help propagate sales
    • Provides mentorship, continuing education and ongoing training for new and existing sales team members and other employees using appropriate channels including live classrooms, virtual classrooms and digital platforms.
    • Complete special projects from time to time as required to facilitate the success of the Company.
    • With the support of sales leadership, develop creative approaches to certify the skills and knowledge of the constituents/stakeholders; confirm the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and ensure consistent messaging.

     

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience creating sales enablement plans a plus.
    • Creating and conducting digital sales training a plus.
    • Coaching and mentoring experience a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL UP TO 25% TO 50%
