    Job Description

    ACCESS SERVICES is currently seeking an experienced, part-time HOST FAMILY & RESPITE RECRUITER to support our HOST FAMILY/RESPITE program in our DELAWARE VALLEY region.

    As the Recruiter you will Increase the community’s awareness of our needs through marketing and advertising for providers by utilizing social media and community outreach tactics.  Recruit, interview and select applicants for the host family respite, foster care and lifesharing programs through expanding community relationships and marketing techniques.

    WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, flexible, varied hours

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Recruit and engage host family providers by providing support throughout the on boarding process.
    • ​Actively participate in marketing meetings and program meetings with Lifesharing, Foster Care and Respite to manage specific program needs.
    • ​Coordinate/write advertisements, conduct mailings, host recruitment events, create press releases and commercials and related to recruitment, marketing and community outreach activities.
    • ​Coordinate and attend recruitment events in the community to raise awareness on the program and increase our applicant pool for providers.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • ​Bachelor’s degree in a related field including human resources, business administration, and/or social work required
    •  Valid DRIVER'S LICENSE, regular access to a reliable VEHICLE, and adequate car INSURANCE
    • Two (2) years of related experience required, preferably focusing on recruitment. Experience in a social services or nonprofit sector preferred.
