It is required you have prior medical experience with the insurance verification, billing or the collections process. We will provide paid training. The Patient Service Representative is the organizations liaison between patients, patients' relatives, and the healthcare organization; handles patients' questions, complaints, problems and concerns. Explains policies and procedures to patients and refers them to the proper services required. Candidate Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Demonstrated job stability * Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills * Medical Insurance knowledge and/or Medical billing experience (ie: Medicaid, Medicare, Commerical, Managed Care, EOBs, CPT & ICD-9 codes, HCFAs, UB92s, HCPCS, DRGs and authorization/referrals) * Solid grammar and communication skills * Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume call center * We will train you on learning the call center from basics to in-depth knowledge. * 2-10+ years Medical experience Salary: DOE Our employees quality of life is important to us.
