You will be required to do data entry and some clerical duties such as mail and filing.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Daily processing of invoices, and payment processing
    • Interacting with vendors via phone and email
    • PO / Non - PO invoice processing
    • Prepares and maintain records of amounts owed and ensures prompt payment of invoices
    • Processes and verifies invoice coding of expenses, preparation of vouchers, and issuance of checks for payment
    • Reviews documents for accuracy and compliance with organization policy and regulatory guidelines including proper authorization, documentation, general ledger coding, correct amounts, proper remittance and sales tax
    • May include responsibility for vendor and provider payments, as well as employee reimbursements
    • Assist accounting team with monthly reporting / audits, etc
